The Clam Broth House sign. At first, it was known as Servanti’s Restaurant and which was the place to go for Hoboken’s dockworkers, before and after work, throughout the 1900s. In the 1970s, Servanti’s became Biggie’s Clam Bar and the famous sign was hung outside ever since.

Born Scott Charles Bigelow, Bam Bam grew up in Monmouth County. He was best known for his tattooed bald head, and for how agile he was in the ring, for a big man.
